Scaredy Cat Cosmetics

My gorgeous friend Dawne sent me 10 samples of Scaredy Cat Cosmetics to try out.

I have heard quite a few good things about this company so I was very excited!!
You HAVE to see how unique the pots are!! They are amazing!
Check them out here

I got 10 colors to try. I potted them myself into my own jars.
The colors are very pretty. I am favoring bright bold colors lately so I was unsure if I would like these colors. I have to say that they are GORGEOUS colors. I swatched for you!
Here they are in the pots.
Scaredy Cat sells on Etsy.

This is from one of Scaredy Cat's etsy listings.
Your pigment will come in a custom designed 3 gram sifter, each with its own personality. The sifter inset is removable so the pigment can be sifted into the lid or directly applied to your brush. The sifters are packed full, the resulting weights ranging from 1.5-2 grams.
Cost for individual colors is $5
They also offer sample vials for $1 each. I have heard you get a TON of pigment in these vials. This is a fantastic deal!! No baggies!!! Yay!!

I did a look with these pigments.
This look was pretty neutral for me but I loved it. The depth of the color is just gorgeous!
Lid - Don't Be Koi
Crease- Never More
Above the Crease- Peacock Blood
Don't Be Koi as lower liner

Eige did a great review of Scaredy Cat Cosmetics. Check it out!

I would defiinately buy from Scaredy Cat Cosmetics. I think the pots would look gorgeous on my vanity and the colors are great quality!!

  3. I reviewed Scaredy cat a little while ago, and while I found them to be great colours, they were really a little too "basic" for my liking.

But the jars are beautiful, and they're a perfect starter set for someone. :)

  4. They are a bit to "earth" toned for me. I tend to like bright colors but I think that the colors they offer are gorgeous!
