Mad about Teal!!

Madd Style Cosmetix really has some of the most amazing teals and aquas. I love them all so much!! For this look I used Brad and Bi-Winning from Madd Style along with a bit of Darkness from Pretty Addictions. My cheeks are a Sonia Kashuk blush in Sunset and my lips are.........GASP!!!!!!! Not Peaceful!!! But still a LipSurgence by Tarte. This time I used Sweet!
Do you know of a teal or aqua out there that is too die for??
If so let me know!!!

Thanks for reading,

EOTD: BFTE, Madd Style, GDE

I rearranged my makeup drawers by color!! So you will see more companies blended into one look from now on! For this look I used Ol'55 by Madd Style Cosmetix on my lid, Tattooed by Glamour Doll Eyes in the crease and then used a random hot pink to blend out the edges. I also used Butt Naked by Beauty From The Earth as a highlight. My eyeliner is Jordana Fabuliner and my mascara is Stila Major Lash. Blush is Corrail Frisson by Sephora and my lips are Frisky LipSurgence by Tarte.

Madd Mail!!!

I was lucky enough to snag 2 of the PIF grab bags that were on sale at Madd Style last week!
I got my order today!!
I am in LOVE with the colors I received!!!
Shipping was very fast as usual and the packaging was perfect!
Sifter seals on the pots, everything bagged and secure!
Here is what I got for myself
( one bag was for a friend and some of it was for an upcoming giveaway)

Lip Balm in Flapjack flavor.
I tried this and it has great texture. Glides on smooth and isn't too greasy or waxy.
I am not a huge maple fan though but I planned on giving this to my husband anyway.

Sample of Lip Scrub.
I tried this today and it tasted good =0x
It is a sugar scrub and the crystals are fairly big and do their job at scrubbing.
It did feel a bit harsh to me but maybe I was too rough .
My lips are definitely more smooth!!!

Brad is my new favorite. I am in LOVE LOVE LOVE with this color!!
It has made me realize that I need more Easter egg pastel colors!!

I swatched for you!!

Lust For A Life is a nifty color!! It looks pretty drab in the pot but you apply it and it becomes something awesome!! A purple/gray/brown/who the hell knows color!!

Dazzle Dust........is something I have never seen. I thought it was just white pigment with some glitz. Well it isn't. It reminds me of flaky snow or something. It has different size particles and is really cool. I will have to experiment with it soon!

I really love all these colors and I look forward to using them!

Overall I once again am impressed with the quality and shipping time/
I know because I checked, that Mo sold  50 or more grab bags in addition to having a huge Valentine sale.
Her quality did not suffer AT ALL and her turn around remained the same.
That ROCKS!!

Prepare for photo bomb in 5,4,3,2,1!!!!!!!!!

I had to take a ton of pics to try and show the true color of this look.
I used Brad on the tear duct area and below the brow bone.
Space Oddity on the outer edges blended into the crease
 Ol' 55 on the lid
 Mascara is Loreal Double Extend.
Lower liner is Space Oddity and Brad

Keep your eyes peeled for a chance to win this!!!

Madd mail and new brushes.

I ordered more Madd Style pigments last week because she was having a 3 for $10 sale.

I really love the colors she creates!
I ordered She Bop, Illuminati and Ol' 55.
Everything was packaged perfectly with sifter seals!
I really love this company and am so pleased with the quality of the pigments!
Madd Style will be having a Valentine's Day sale next weekend so be sure to check it out!!
Ol'55 is seriously the best color on EARTH. I feel like I have said that about other colors but I really really mean it this time. I am sure you can tell by how frequently I use it that teals are my fave color ever!
Ol' 55 took teal and turned it up a notch!!
My look today using all Madd Style.
Illuminati,Ol'55 and Disco Biscuit

I recently bought a crease brush from Target for only $1.99.

I did not have any fluffy brushes in my collection of e.l.f brushes so I was excited to find this cheap one by Studio Tools.

I have done a few searches and it appears that Studio Tools is only sold at Target. I found it in the aisle where the natural beauty products and the smaller makeup lines (Boots no7) are at. I went back and bought another crease brush ,an eyeliner brush and a medium shadow brush.
These brushes are FANTASTIC!! I use the crease brush to blend and apply my highlight colors. The medium shadow brush is great! It is way more fluffy and soft than the e.l.f shadow brush. I personally think it is miles above e.l.f in quality and is worth the extra .99 cents it costs. I am going to check out what other brush options are available from Studio Tools next time I am Target. I checked online and I did not see them at all.

Have you tried Studio Tools or do you have a cheap brush to recommend??

Also stay tuned because I have a super giveaway coming up!!

Madd Style and my 2 cents!

My awesome friend Sarah-Michelle ( who is a total sweetheart) got me some Madd Style Madd Piggiez! I  lurk over at the Madd Style fanpage on Facebook and I happened to see an AWESOME look on one of the girls done with Electric Kool- Aid.
I was sold at that point but was out of fun money so SM got me 3 colors to try out! Thank you again SM!!!!
My order came in about a week which is awesome because I am sooo impatient. Everything was packed VERY well and looked great!

I got Mondo, Electric Kool-Aid and Disco Biscuit. All were sealed with sifter stickers!!
Yay for sifter stickers!!!

Electric Kool-Aid is just RAD! It is a perfect bright purple. I am in LOVE with it! I am still using my awful gross camera and it does these colors NO JUSTICE. This pigment has a blue shimmer to it.

Mondo, apparently I love purple!! I haven't used this one. I only swatched it with my brush!

Disco Biscuit. If I imagine a perfect color this it is LOL. I love this!! Once again my camera sucks and is not showing the true awesomeness of this pigment!
I feel freaking awesome in this makeup today!! I haven't had too many good makeup days lately so this was a much needed self esteem boost!

I used Electric Kool-Aid and Disco Biscuit with some pale white sparkle dust over it all!

(Once again I have to aologize for the horrible pictures, my new camera will be here next week)

So my .02 cents about Madd Style is this:  I love it! The quality of the colors is AWESOME and the color options are right up my alley, Bright and Bold. I have already ordered again and I am sure I will be ordering over and over again! Madd Style has specials ( 3 pigments for $10) quite often which is great for building a stash. The normal price per 5 gram pot is $5 which is totally affordable. Items ship FAST and are packed perfectly.

Ok so if you read this far you get a treat!! I have not used Mondo yet and the first person to comment below will get a free sample of it send to you for FREE!!!
