up & up makeup remover wipes

These are the Target brand makeup remover wipes are they are
HORRIBLE.
They are super dry and the the little bit of remover solution they do contain does not
remove makeup very well.
I had to scrub my eye which resulted in my under eye area being very sore and tender.
Not happy!!
I will stick with my e.l.f makeup remover wipes.
Have you tried these??? If so what did you think?

    I use those and don't have those problems? That's weird.

    Maybe I got a bad batch. I am going to exchange this for a new one and see.

    Glad you shared this! I use the liquid makeup remover from up and up and I like it, havent tried the wipes though. I love the Yes to cucumbers ones.

    I am not a fan either - I like the generic CVS ones the best. OR Kirkland - great deal for a HUGE box.

    Never thought of Sams Club or Costco!! I am going to exchange these and see if it was a fluke!
