Tarte 24/7 Natural Lip Sheer

What is it? Tarte 24/7 Natural Lip Sheer in Summer Fling.

 How much is it?  $10.00  ( I got this from a friend, I traded a custom sewn item for it)

 What is it supposed to do? Text from the product listing on the Tarte website-

"All the lasting power of a lipstick--with the moisturizing, high-sheen properties of a lip gloss! These budgeproof, moisturizing lip sheers with added SPF 15 give a "your lips, but better" effect that makes them perfect for when you want a kiss of color without looking overdone."

What does it ACTUALLY do? This lip balm is very moisturizing and it did give me a "My lips but better effect" but the formula was very thick and tasted bad.

 Overall thoughts?  I really loved the color of this lipbalm but the thickness of the formula paired with the taste totally turned me off. When you first apply it, it is very thick and pasty. I am not sure what the flavor is that turns me off but it is quite strong. I do put it on when my lips are really dry because it does moisturize them quite quickly but I would not buy this lip balm again.

Ingredients:

	Active Ingredients: 8.0% Zinc oxide, 5% octinoxate, 5% oxybenzone, 3% octocrylene. Other Ingredients: Pentaerythrityl tetraisostearate, lanolin, octyldodecanol, euphorbia cerifera (candelilla) wax, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, microcrystalline wax, copernicia cerifera (carnauba) wax, bis-diglyceryl polyacyladipate-2, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, C30-50 alcohols, C10-30 cholesterol/lanosterol esters, tocopheryl acetate, trihydroxystearin, flavor, butylene glycol, phytantriol, tiliroside, retinyl palmitate, ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol, ubiquinone, triethoxycaprylylsilane, silica, tin oxide. (+/-): Mica, iron oxides, titanium dioxide, red 7 lake, yellow 5 lake, red 33 lake, red 6 lake, red 36, blue 1 lake.

So there ya have it folks!! The entire line of Tarte blushes swatched!! Do you have any Tarte blush? I have Glisten that came in a set but the hefty price tag of $25 per blush has kept me from buying more. I hope this was helpful!!

 

I did it!!! My collection of LipSurgence Lusters is complete!!!

 I did it!! It is sort of sick how proud I am of this collection!! I just received the last luster by

Tarte in their LipSurgence line. It was an exclusive to QVC but I was able to find

someone who did not want theirs! Yay!!

I am sure as I type this Tarte is releasing another luster though...grrrrrr

My life is complete!

 For at least another week that is!!

My quest to own all the lusters in the LipSurgence line from Tarte

is almost complete. As of now I own every one that has been released!!

A new one is coming out next week and is part of a QVC set but I already have 

someone who is selling me theirs!!

Tarte LipSurgence generally sell for $24 a piece so this is a hell of a deal!!

Tarte LipSurgence Frisky and Fever

Tarte.........Why? Why? WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So you know about my addiction to these.

I almost had all the lusters. I only needed two more.

I bought them and while waiting on them Tarte

came out with a Limited Edition 5 pack of LipSurgence which

included lusters. Ugh bought that.

Felt accomplished.

Until I found another effing new luster that will

come out on October on QVC.

SHOOT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered these directly from Tarte's website

I paid roughly $40 with shipping for these.

Tarte shipped pretty quick. I had these in about a week.

Tarte LipSurgence - Achiote

Trudging right along in my quest to own all the lusters!

This LipSurgence was only available on QVC but luckily for me

I was able to find one from my makeup sensei Lisa!!

Tarte describes the color as a warm shimmering peach.

I like these LipSurgence because they give a hint of color and shimmer without

making me look like a clown like lipstick does.

Sephora HAUL!!!

I am on a quest to own all of Tarte's LipSurgence and am well on my way to having

a full collection of the lusters.

THAT IS, IF THEY STOP COMING OUT WITH LIMITED
EDITIONS.

I found out they came out with a limited edition luster that only

came in a set so of course I had to buy!!

LipSurgence Natural Lip Luster in Sweet (golden pink)

This is amazing, as are all the LipSurgence by Tarte.
It has become a favorite of mine!

I also got some Sephora brand eyebrow pencils in medium for $1 each and

a Sephora Eyebrow Tint marker in medium for $3

The pencils are nice and the tint is really cool. I like to use it

for days when I want a more natural brow or I am in a hurry.

Because it is a marker style the formula is also smudge proof

which is nice.

I needed another $3 to get to $50 so I took a chance and ordered

a Sephora brand lipgloss. I hate sticky gloss so I was scared LOL.

 I am impressed!! Good "taste" , the smell is a bit perfumey but the formula

is awesome. Not sticky at all. At $3 this is a STEAL!!

I also had 100 shopping points earned so I snagged this Guerlain

mini lipstick in Coque D'or.
The color is a red with gold shimmer.

It is a really pretty color but a bit intense for me.

I am not sure if I will wear it again.

That is my haul!!!
